Sygnyfy by IC5 Labs

Every customer conversation, turned into needs you can act on.

Paste or upload a call transcript. Sygnyfy (formerly ProductLab) finds what the customer asked for, matches it to the needs you already track, and suggests new ones. Your team accepts or rejects every suggestion.

Sample data to explore on day one Personal data aliased before AI Cancel any time in the trial

An analyzed customer conversation in Sygnyfy: a summary, six pieces of evidence to review, and the transcript with each quote highlighted

The problem

Customers tell you what to build. Then the call ends.

Notes nobody rereads

The best feedback is buried in recordings and transcripts. Pulling it out by hand takes longer than the call did.

The loudest voice wins

Without evidence attached, priorities follow whoever spoke last, not how many customers asked or what they're worth.

The same request, ten ways

Different customers describe one need in different words, so real demand is split across duplicates and looks small.

What you get

From transcript to prioritized needs in minutes.

Find the evidence in every call

The Signals Discovery Agent reads the transcript and pulls out what each customer said, with the speaker and timestamp. Each piece of evidence comes with a suggested need, existing or new.

  • Paste a transcript, or upload .txt, .vtt, .srt, or .docx
  • Statements from your own team are left out
  • Accept, reject, or change each suggestion in one click

Design needs from what customers said

The Need Designer puts unlinked evidence on one side and the need you're shaping on the other. Drag evidence onto a need, and let AI help with the rest.

  • Rewrite with AI drafts a clear need from the linked evidence
  • Find duplicates spots the same need worded differently, and merges them
  • Suggest split separates needs that try to do two things
The Need Designer: a queue of customer evidence, the need being designed with its linked evidence, and AI assist actions

Prioritize with evidence, not opinions

Every need shows how much evidence backs it and how many customers asked, along with the contract value behind them. The Signals Priority Agent suggests a priority for each open need and explains why. You accept the ones you agree with.

  • Evidence and customer counts on every need
  • Priority suggestions with reasons you can check
  • Import customers from CSV, export anything

Privacy by design

Personal data never reaches an AI model.

Before any text leaves Sygnyfy, names, emails, phone numbers, and other personal data are swapped for aliases. The model works on the aliased text, and the real values come back only inside Sygnyfy.

In your transcript

Sam Whitaker from Brightpath: "Every Monday I copy the release notes into an email and guess which customers care."

What the model sees

PERSON_1 from COMPANY_1: "Every Monday I copy the release notes into an email and guess which customers care."

What you review

Evidence from Sam Whitaker at Brightpath, suggested for "See which customer requests shipped in each release".

Organizations are isolated from each other in the database, and nothing is used to train models. Read about security.
