- How does the trial work?
- 14 days on the plan you choose. We take a card at sign-up and charge it when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. We email you 3 days and 1 day before.
- What counts as a paid seat?
- Anyone who manages needs, products, or releases (the Product manager, Release manager, and Org admin roles), plus your organization's owner and admins. Pending invitations are free until someone accepts.
- Who is free?
- Everyone else. Stakeholders view everything, comment, edit what they own, and log and analyze their own customer conversations, so sales and customer success can add what they hear at no cost.
- What is the founding offer?
- The first 100 organizations get 30% off every paid seat for 24 months, applied at checkout. After that, your plan renews at the list price.
- What if we use up the AI allowance?
- Each paid seat adds 150,000 AI tokens a month to a shared allowance, enough for about six hours of transcripts. Free contributors use the same pool. AI actions pause until it resets. Everything else keeps working, and adding a paid seat raises the allowance right away.
- Is customer data sent to AI models?
- Names, emails, phone numbers, and other personal data are replaced with aliases before any text reaches a model. Models never train on your data.
