Sygnyfy is priced per paid seat per month. Stakeholders and other contributors are free. See Pricing for what each plan includes.

Prices are in US dollars. Paddle, our merchant of record, adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout and sends your invoices.
The free trial
Every new organization gets 14 days free on the plan it chooses. A card is required to start. When the trial ends, Paddle charges the card for the plan and billing you chose, unless you cancel first in Settings, Plan and billing. We email the owner 3 days and 1 day before.
The founding offer
The first 100 organizations get 30% off every paid seat for 24 months. It's applied automatically at checkout while places remain, and Settings, Plan and billing shows when it ends. After 24 months your plan renews at the list price.
Paid seats and free contributors
You pay only for the people who build the plan:
- Paid seat: your organization's owner and admins, and anyone with a manager or admin role in any area. The Product manager, Release manager, and Org admin roles are paid.
- Free contributor: anyone whose role is User level in every area, such as a Stakeholder. Contributors view everything, comment, edit records they own, and log and analyze their own customer conversations.
Pending invitations are free until someone accepts. Settings, Members and roles shows each person's seat.
- Adding a paid seat (a new member with a paid role, or giving a contributor a paid role) is charged right away for the rest of the billing period. During the trial, it's free.
- Removing a paid seat (removing the member, or changing them to a free role) is credited for the rest of the month on monthly billing, and takes effect at renewal on annual billing.
Changing billing
Owners manage billing in Settings, Plan and billing:
- Upgrade (for example, Team to Pro) takes effect right away. Paddle credits the unused part of your current plan and charges the difference. During the trial, the trial simply continues on the new plan.
- Downgrade (for example, Pro to Team) takes effect at the end of your trial or billing period. After that, the features your new plan doesn't include stay visible but read-only for 30 days, then are hidden. Your data is never deleted, and upgrading again brings it all back.
- Switch to annual takes effect right away, with a credit for the unused part of the month.
- Switch to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.
- Update payment method and view invoices open Paddle's secure pages.
- Cancel subscription keeps everything working until the end of the period you've paid for. You can change your mind before then.

AI allowance
AI features, such as analyzing conversations, Rewrite with AI, duplicates, and priority suggestions, use tokens. Each paid seat adds 150,000 tokens a month to a shared allowance for your organization. That's about six hours of transcripts per paid seat. Free contributors use the same pool and don't add to it. Trials get the same allowance.
- Track usage in Settings, AI usage, with a breakdown by agent.
- Owners and admins get an email at 80% and at 100%.
- At 100%, AI actions pause until the allowance resets on your billing date each month. Everything else keeps working, and you're never billed extra.
- Adding a paid seat raises the allowance right away.
- Generate requirements, release notes, and questions to the release agent use the allowance too.
